Die-Cast Pulp Extracting Juicer

IntelliRating: 4.5 stars
Pros: Easy to operate, Quiet, Five speed settings, Ample power
Cons: Requires more effort when cleaning

Review: Whether you want to extract juice from fruits like oranges, apples, lemons and grapefruits or vegetables such as celery, spinach and carrots, the Cuisinart CJE-1000 makes the process a lot easier. Boasting 1000 watts of power and variable speeds, it is sure to meet your particular juicing needs. You can enjoy your fresh juice in no time as it has a simple unlock and lift system and a dial control that allows you to easily select the speed. Its juice pitcher has a 1 liter capacity and the pulp container can hold up to 2 liters. This juicer enables you to enjoy your juice the way you want it. If you prefer less foam over frothy, the foam management filter disk will take care of that. Furthermore, it features a large 3 inch feed tube that eliminates pre-cutting of whole fruits and vegetables and an anti-drip spout which prevents spills in the countertop. It also includes a recipe book for those who'd like to try and indulge in new and delicious refreshment. Although it doesn't leave you with a super dry pulp like more expensive juicers, the Cuisinart CJE-1000 offers better juice extraction over less-expensive and competing models. It does not provide a whisper-quiet operation but it can be considered more silent. In terms of build quality, it will definitely last for years to come. It is constructed with die-cast and stainless steel which offers rock solid durability and is covered with a limited 3-year warranty. There is also a cleaning brush included with the purchase. While most of the parts are detachable and dishwasher-safe, cleaning this juicer requires more effort than usual as the bits are difficult to remove and the parts are large and bulky.
